Engineering General Contracting. ZQ Project Execution

How to improve the executive power of general contracting project is a practical problem that an engineering corporation which involves in a general contracting project shall face. Whereas, until now the research of executive power of general contracting project in our country is insufficient, and not systemically and integrally analyzed. Based on such conditions, this paper gives a theoretic discussion on executive power of general contracting project and takes an example of ZQ to rethink the actuality of executive power, critically describe the weakness of it and analyze its reasons, then provides methods to improve the executive power of general contracting projects. This paper applies systemic demonstration and combines theory and practice to carry out research from organization, project, project members and stakeholder, and describe with practice of general contracting project. The paper adequately reveals the profound connotation of executive power of general contracting project and discusses the approaches and methods to improve it.
