This paper analyzes the impact of various factors on the electrical engineering project from a perspective of whole life-cycle, which includes decision-making stage, the survey design phase, construction phase, operational phase of production, and scrap recovery stage. And all factors are considered from impact on the overall project. At the same time value engineering theory is used in this paper to calculate the profitability of the five stages and the overall project respectively, aiming at guiding project decision-making and project management. Moreover, based on value engineering theory, the concept of integration projects is proposed. According to the interaction between engineering, the best project plan is selected out. Then, based on the theory of vague mathematics and value engineering, electrical engineering projects plan is suggested to be improved, the key factors that affect the power profits are identified as the object which will be mainly improved in the future work. |
