Since the 1990s, supply-chain management (SCM), as a new management mode to adapt global manufacturing and meet various customer requirements, has been widely used in enterprises. agile manufacturing and dynamic enterprise alliance have become novel competitive strategy of the corporation and development trend. Under the guidance of the system integration, emphasizing horizontal integration, supply-chain management is modern management strategy, which fits the development tide of enterprises, rapidly responses market requirements with the help of exterior resource of enterprise, and enhances enterprise competitiveness. The selection of suppliers is the first key-step in construction of supply-chain. What the enterprise conserns most in SC is whether the supplier can keep consistent with the whole supply-chain and enhance supply-chain competitiveness.This paper studies on the supplier evaluation, supplier selection and cooperative profit distribution. First, based on the theory that the BP neural network can compel any no-linear function by any precision and posses ability of self-organizing learning, BP neural network model with reference of expert opinion and insiders advice was built to evaluate supplier. Second, in order to promote the sustainable partnership between suppliers and manufacturers, based on the theory that cooperative gaming emphasizes fair, efficiency, collective reason and win-win relationship, a cooperative gaming solution was gained based on one or more suppliers after thinking the analysis of cooperative profit distribution.This paper focuses on following five questions:(1) Literature review of selection and evaluation of suppliers. In different domain and environment, doing research on supplier evaluation system set up at home and abroad, supplier evaluation index system was selected according to supply-chain management environment. In the views of quantity, quality, and their combination, the method of evaluation of suppliers was researched, especially on analytic hierarchy process, BP neural networks method and cooperative game theory. (2) Analysis of influence factors of suppliers. Through the research on feature of supplier evaluation under the supply-chain environment, suppliers were classified according to purchasing strategy, analyzing main factors influencing supplier evaluation, which is adopted and named as supplier evaluation index in this paper.(3) The application of method of neutral networks. Based on the research of supplier evaluation, the method of evaluation and selection of BP neutral networks was improved; Data is collected through analytic hierarchy process, as the input and output sample of BP neutral networks; after repeat training of BP neutral networks, a relatively stable and accurate model was gained, which is set up as supplier evaluation model.(4) The profit assignment in after collaborating the problem research. Supplier appraises and chooses the method research under in supply chain management environment, we combine neural networks method and the game theory working together to have built the long-term stability cooperation relation. The research on profit assignment boosts cooperating with supplier building-up long-term stability.The main body of thesis is discussed in two parts. First is that the supplier who chooses a best builds relation condition collaborating together, applying Nash in the game theory to carries out the research that benefit assigns. on second, choosing supplier to build relation condition applying the game theory to explain concept carries out the research on profit assignment.(5) main research and contribution are sumed up in this section witch have pointed out the deficiency on studies, and further research works.
