Research On Selection And Evaluation Of Suppliers For Military Manufacturers Based On BP Neural Network

With the development of market economy and the openness of China’s economy, China’s military market is gradually opening up, the military manufacturing enterprises have more and more right to make their own decisions on raw materials procurement, and the procurement is increasingly market-oriented and diversified. In the procurement of military manufacturing enterprises, the quality of suppliers’ material and products has an important influence on guaranteeing the quality of the weapon equipment. Therefore, study on the supplier selection problem is an important subject. It is an important issue for the military manufacturing enterprises to market and has great practical significance for the military manufacturing enterprises in China.Firstly, this thesis studied the evaluation method and the evaluation system of the military manufacturing enterprise supp lier, and compared the advantages and disadvantages of the research. In order to understand the military manufacturing enterprise supplier selection and evaluation problem, the author carried out field research of the military manufacturing enterprises, th rough written survey, questionnaire and expert interview, the author got the first-hand information of the military manufacturing enterprise supplier selection and evaluation. On this basis, the thesis used grounded theory to analyze the interview data, and thus built the evaluation index system of military manufacturing enterprise supplier. Secondly, based on the evaluation system, the BP neural network method is applied to the selection and evaluation of military manufacturing enterprise supplier, and the supplier evaluation model based on BP neural network is constructed. Finally, this thesis selected a military manufacturing enterprise in Beijing to carry out empirical research, and verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation model, and put forward optimization suggestions.On the one hand, the method of this thesis is objective, simple and error prone, and also provides a reference for the supplier selection and evaluation of military manufacturing enterprises. On the other hand, the study enriched and improved the theoretical of supplier selection and evaluation, and had a certain role in the development of the theory. Therefore, this paper not only has academic significance, but also has some practical significance for the supplier selection and evaluation of military manufacturing enterprises.
