With the economic globalization, the competition between marketing become more andmore intensely and also the production models in a constant state of flux, the condition ofthem both strong and fast. With the development of automobile industry not only can increasethe income of our country but also could promote other industrial department growth.Currently the automotive industry has already become the pillar in China. The automobileindustry is the one which with the complexity assemble process, accompanied by the limitlessvariety of parts, so it necessarily could have connection with many related accessory suppliers,as for how to manage these sub suppliers is very important for the automotive manufacturefactory.Complete set of supplier evaluation system could directly influence the enterpriseearnings, enterprise operation performance, even though could have an effect on the futuredevelopments of the corporate, so need the right method to make the parts suppliers selection.Cost index, quality index, scale of enterprise, part delivery service level, strive for provide thehigh level service. all the index are the points which cannot be ignored.This thesis firstly studies the supply chain management theory and also the ways whichdomestic and international enterprises select the supplier, then analyze the current status ofautomotive enterprise which under the SCM management, explain the different kinds ofsupplier selection method and also give the points of method characters. Further moreanalysis the detail meaning of different kinds of index and also the impact on the corporate.The article take X Company as the basic background, investigate the different type of partsdistinguishing features and then make the reasonable classification. Different kinds ofmethods applying to different kinds of automobile components. Focus on the research of theevaluation index again and give the detailed analysis and explanation. Establish a supplierevaluate system which is scientific and also with the use value. Forward the suggestion thatcould use supplier questionnaire to determine the index weight, combined with the certainenterprise intrinsic characteristic and also the product model, offering use the fuzzy analytichierarchy process and also the Hopfield artificial neural network to structure the supplierselection procedure. Construct a reasonable mathematical system, and also build a networkapplication of Matlab software, then using the weighted average method to analysis andoptimize the two selection result.Finally, taking X company as the object of investigation, check the index factor and theselection method which the thesis put forward whether have piratical value and whether couldbe verified the proposed in enterprise.
