In the early of 1960s, Dr. Peter F.Drucker, American professor of administration, brought forward the concept of knowledge operator and knowledge management for the first time. Through the development of more than 40 years and gradual maturity of related information technology, knowledge management becomes to be the edge tool of the new era for knowledge fortune accumulation and competition ability generation by organization. At the same time, in the 21th century, more and more people begin to talk about the concept of personal knowledge management and how to achieve enterprise knowledge management through personal knowledge management.Personal knowledge management is the basis of enterprise knowledge management because that enterprise is composed of a lot of employees. Employee is the foundation of enterprise and enterprise knowledge management is completed by a lot of employees, or say individuals. The effect of enterprise knowledge management is determined by one thing, the system of enterprise knowledge management, and another, the cognitive proficiency and execution of employees towards knowledge management. There is tight mutual influence and relationship between employee's personal knowledge management ability and enterprise knowledge management.Through the comparation on the practice of knowledge management between 2 international enterprises, BOSCH and GHD, this paper studied the relationship of different abilities of personal knowledge management of different staff and different practice effect of different enterprise knowledge management, and then built the knowledge permeability model and research realistic meanings of the parameters in this model. It draws the conclusion that how to help GHD and companies with similar knowledge management stages to improve the practice effect of enterprise knowledge management via knowledge permeability model.
