| Under the background that new medical reform plan is on implementation and taking the construction work of the new hospital affiliated to Nanhua university,this article puts forward an important issue of the quality control of medical construction work.. The article systematically reviews the formation process of project management theory and quality control theory, etc.Besides, it introduces several contents of quality managing control, says zero defect theory,6δtheory, ISO9000 standards, the Evaluation Criterion for Excellence Achievement and concludes the achievement of study on construction quality in recent years.The article introduces the general situation and features of the new project, reviews the construction schedule and safeguard measures.It emphasizes the key points in design, bid-inviting, construction, acceptance etc, meanwhile introduces the practical measures in details.On the basis of practice and experience in its quality control,it builds a quality control system which includes quality control guiding system, quality control system of responsibility, machines and tools preservation, civilized construction, process transferring records,innovative fund ensuring quality mechanism, security management, medical treatment satisfaction and so forth.At last, the following 3 systems should be built such as quality control,organization guarantee, standards management and to implement the quality control system involving designer, project manager, worker, quality inspector, material-man, supervisor and technical disclosure records at different levels.They are considered as the core in measuring the quality in medical construction work. On the other hand, to complete security management and to meet the engineered medical functions including medical building standards and to satisfy the needs of installation of large equipment and to give the doctor and patient gratification are important standards for medical construction work's quality. |
