Study On Quality Management Of BJ Hospital Reconstruction And Expansion Project

As a non-profit project of the government,hospital construction has its particularity,which is related to the quality of medical service and the environment for patients.The construction project of the hospital increases with the demand of patients for medical treatment,but the quality of the project has not been paid attention to.There may be different degrees of problems in each stage of the project,which leads to the quality of the project does not meet the acceptance standards,and even affects the normal operation of the hospital.Therefore,the objective,scientific and comprehensive supervision,management and control of the quality of hospital construction projects has become an issue of great concern to the whole society.This article combs the relevant literature of quality management,analyzes the present situation of engineering quality management at home and abroad,summarizes the key points of the engineering quality management model,and combines the construction engineering management experience of the hospital,analyzes the quality management of BJ hospital construction project.Using expert interview method,questionnaire method,statistical method of quality con quality management factors are calculated to determine the key factors that affect the quality of construction projects,and a quality management model is established.Finally,the actual construction project of BJ hospital is taken as an example to solve the quality problem of the construction project,and the solving measures are proposed according to the 4M1 E and PDCA circular control laws.This thesis aims to improve the quality management of hospital construction project and make the construction of hospital play its proper function.
