The Quality Control Research Of ZD Company’s Jinping Hydropower Station Construction Project

With China joining the WTO and our construction enterprises entering theinternational market, construction quality control play a very important role in modernenterprise administration. In order to improve the project quality, improve the qualityof enterprises, enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises，it is essential tostrengthen the quality control of construction projects in our country. As poor qualitycontrol and instable construction quality, significant project failures caused a greatloss to the country and the people’s property. Therefore, how to improve projectquality control is a very urgent task today.Construction project quality is not only a major competition in the internationalmarket, but also human defense of social security and living environment. Jinpingproject is important to realize the economic great-leap-forward development inSichuan。In order to protect ourselves and our living space, people must pay attentionto the quality and avoid hidden quality hazards. What’s more, quality improvementshould be considered as a good way to use social resources reasonably, improveproduction efficiency, reduce loss of waste goods, and increase the social benefits.The construction project of Jinping hydropower station is study object in thispaper. Based on the theory of project quality and project quality management, thisstudy analyzes project background, quality target, quality characteristic andorganization structure. Secondly, it also analyzes influencing factors of qualitymanagement and quality control in construction stage, especially focusing on theproject management quality plan, organization measures of quality assurance andemphasisof quality control in detail. By the research of project quality managementand control in Jinping hydropower station, there are some following conclusions:First of all, this study discusses the basic theory of project quality management.Based on general situation of Jinping construction project, the research analyzes thesystem of this project quality management, including influencing factors of quality management and emphasis of quality control. Meanwhile, it states qualitymanagement and control emphasis of the treatment project of Zhulong River.Afterwards, it analyzes the specific application of quality control in projectpreparation stage and construction stage.According to the physical truth of Jinping construction project, this study findssome problems in whole project quality management application by analyses ofquality management process. Therefore, quality management theory can be improvedand completed in this way.
