BTZX Hospital Culture Construction Appraisal Research

Hospital culture is the hot issue which is focused on by the medical field and the management field, it has a vital role in promoting the sustainable development of the hospital and the hospital comprehensive strength ascension, it is hospital’s the survival foundation and spiritual pillar. Hospital culture building is a long-term complicated system engineering, it is necessary to evaluate its construction condition in the process of construction in order to find the problem and ensure continuous construction process. BTZX is a third-grade class-A hospital which has built for more than seventy years,it continues to build their own culture content and put the content into practice in the process of the development. However, along with the serious reform situation and people’s claim to the hospital, hospital cultural construction must be adjusted and optimized. Therefore, in this paper, on the basis of the evaluation index system of draw from others, we use the principal component analysis to analyse the status of the BTZX hospital’s cultural construction. The results show that, there are some shortcomings in hospital image creation and innovation and learning ability of BTZX hospital. The paper put forward three measures to improve the image of the hospital, for example, to build the hospital image recognition system, to implement the strategy of hospital brand and continue to raise health care’s quality. The paper also put forward three measures to strengthen hospital innovation and learning ability, for example, setting up a learning hospital,strengthening the hospital’s technological innovation and service innovation.
