With the improvement of health awareness,the scope of patients' needs continues to expand,gradually expanding from the treatment link to the entire medical treatment process.In order to meet the diverse medical needs of patients,voluntary services have become an important form of service in hospitals.In order to promote the professional and standardized development of voluntary services,some hospitals manage voluntary services through the Department of Medical Social Work.At present,the service model of "medical social worker and volunteer" is still in the initial stage of exploration,so there are some difficulties and problems in the development of voluntary services.The author participated in volunteer management during the internship of the Medical Social Work Department of Z Hospital.And found that the volunteers in the hospital were not active in volunteering activities,the sustainability of services was low and the effectiveness of volunteer services was not ideal.Through questionnaires and random interviews,the author found that the level of role identification of volunteers in Z Hospital is not high,the level of volunteer role recognition is relatively low,the emotion of volunteer roles is more negative,and the effect of role behavior is poor.In order to improve the status quo of volunteer role identification in Z hospital,the author conducted a literature review,with role identification theory as the core,and from the perspective of social work profession,carried out volunteer role identification enhancement group intervention activities with eight volunteers in the hospital.The author designs six group activities from the three dimensions of role recognition,role emotion and role behavior,and develops a volunteer role identification scale to conduct pre-test and post-test on volunteers.At the same time,the method of process evaluation and result evaluation is used to intervene in the group.The effect is evaluated.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the level of volunteers' role recognition has been significantly improved.
