With the economic development and social progress, environment pollution is continuously serious; natural resources are scarcity, extensive economy does not meet the need of development, facing this situation, our country advocates to establish Two-Oriented Society. In December 6,2007 Wuhan urban agglomeration was approved as "The national trial zone of comprehensive coordinated reform in resource thrifty type and friend-environment type social construction", but now, in Wuhan and central region, third-line enterprises are in the majority, manufacturing industry plays a leading, industry consume high energy,pollute highly and manufacturing cost is high, resource contradiction of economic development is prominent, and environmental pressure is high. As subject of environmental pollution, considering government regulation,public supervision and self-interests, enterprise can improve and innovate in every link of marketing according to actual situation, go developing road of good economic benefit,low resource consumption,less environmental pollution and taking full advantage in human resource, which make enterprise marketing activities benefit to benign cycle development of resource and environment, make consumer interest,company interest,social interest and ecological environment interest unity, it can improve enterprise core competence and promote effectively Two-Oriented Society, meanwhile, it can provide theoretical model and practical experience.This paper bases on connotation and theoretical basis of Two-Oriented Society, according to Wuhan macro-environment and enterprise's advantage and disadvantage, studies feasibility and necessity of Wuhan enterprise marketing innovation at the perspective of Two-Oriented Society, and enterprise marketing innovation need promotion of government regulation and public supervision, therefore, the passage firstly analyzes necessity of government regulation, then describes target of regulation, concretely discusses main contents and countermeasure of regulation; on this basis, explores concrete contents of Wuhan enterprise marketing innovation separately from prenatal activity innovation,production activity innovation,sale activity innovation and after-sale activity innovation; Then integrate in many respects, takes Wuhan steel group for case, further discusses how Wuhan enterprise marketing innovates in the perspective of Two-Oriented Society; finally summarizing the full text, points out the existing problems and future research direction from now.
