Company S is in a dilemma-its strategy changes accompanied with the old and disable PMS (Performance Management System) absolutely affecting the efficiency daily operation. This thesis illustrates the Company S'project on performance improvement by analyzing the existing problems/causes, presenting a package of feasible plan in the form of project planning.The thesis is composed of five chapters. Chapter 1 focuses on the studied objective-Company S's portfolio, purpose and significance of writing, the background and process of PPI projecting, etc. Chapter 2 provides an overview of academic information involving the contents, methods and tools of project plan, especially the process and project tools. Chapter 3 emphasizes the necessary of PPI project, including existing problems of the company's PMS meanwhile analyzing the reasons caused. Chapter 4 introduces the tailor made Master Plan on PPI projects ranging from timetable, humans resourcing to budgeting. Chapter 5 describes project controlling and performance analysis, consisting of resource controlling, user communication, risk controlling other than project evaluation.
