The real estate,particularly the residential building,is the important site for people's living and work.Along with the advancement of housing system reform in cities,the residents of cities have changed their housing notion,the new commodity system of housing has been set up,real estate investment increases quickly and continuously.The real estate industry in which residential building play a main role has become the foundation stone of national economy,and exerts significant role in improving people's living condition,pushing economy increase,enlarging employment and accelerating city construction.The speedy development of economy and speedinees of cities level provides wide market prospect and economical environment for the development of residential building industry.Facing so giant market,many real estate businessmen invest abundant of money into this market neglecting the market investigation and the analysis of feasibility.As a result,massive houses are vacant and a lot of funds become backlogs.Therefore,how to utilize the project management theory to guidance the real estate to develop healthyly and scientifically,reduces the development blindness has become a quite popular question to the current real estate theorists and the practicers.The Real Estate Development Project Management take accomplishment of the project efficiently as the final goal.The project manager is responsible for it.It utilizes the theory of systematic constrction to develop the entire process.It executes the plan with effective planning,organization,supervision,coordination,and controlaccording to its intrinsic law.This article is mainly composed of three parts,take several buildings of Weifang Yuandu Residential Community as the object of study,through careful and elabrate analysis of the cost,the quality and the progress of the project,we can conclude the valuable methods to manage the constrution project.we know how to accomplish it with high quality quickly and how to use some reasonble cost.How to make both sides of the party satisfactory and gain win-win.Through the above elaboration,may help the enterprise or the superivisor to manage the project in regulations,help them to choose suitable plan according to the actual situation.They can use the appropriate procedures to manage the construction and decreace the risks,then achieve more profits.They can also summarize the experience unceasingly and do well in the project.Through the research on the construction project management,we can apply the theory to pratice more efficiently.
