Project management of the increasingly fierce competition,the rapid development of science and technology,the product cycle is shortened,the diversification of customer needs,as well as projects similar to the project such as a longer period the policy environment is not stable,the external environment continues the complex and dynamic,in the fierce competition and change the project environment as the most important in the early stages of the project plan in the work related to the definition of project to carry out a series of activities in the process of resource allocation and operation logic,related to each work package,and the future of the project is based on uncertain environment prediction and the potential risks of the related management and response measures for the project to carry out clear goals and direction and to develop effective management measures.At present,the research on flexibility mainly focuses on the production and operation of enterprises.It is less involved in the field of project management,especially project planning.However,flexibility as an effective response to uncertainty has received more and more attention.The important role of planning for project management makes the research of project planning flexible necessary.In the research,firstly,based on the research and commentary of project planning,flexibility and other related theories,the definition and dimension of project planning flexibility were defined,and the research hypotheses were put forward.Through the investigation of four different types of enterprises,the seven industry a total of 203 projects,the use of hierarchical regression analysis to explore the project plan relationship between environmental uncertainty and project performance.The results show that project planning flexibility and project response flexibility play a positive role in promoting project performance.Meanwhile,project plan response flexibility plays a partial mediating role between project planning flexibility and project performance.The uncertainty of project environment plays a positive and negative role in adjusting the relationship between project planning flexibility,project response flexibility and project performance,and positively moderates the overall relationship between project flexibility and project performance.According to the research results,some suggestions are put forward for the project management of the enterprise.The full text is divided into six chapters,the main research contents are as follows: The first chapter is introduction,introduces the research background,research purpose and research significance of this article,as well as the research content and research methods and research innovation points;the second chapter is literature review,through The basic viewpoints and content of project performance,project environment uncertainty,project planning and flexibility theory are elaborated,which provides a theoretical basis for the study of the relationship between the follow-up project plan flexibility and project performance;the third chapter is the project plan flexibility and project environment uncertainty The model construction of sex and project performance firstly defines the connotation and dimension of project plan flexibility,project environment uncertainty and project performance,analyzes the relationship among the three,builds a theoretical model and proposes research hypotheses;Chapter 4 is the research design.,Through the measurement of variables to determine the research questionnaire,pre-research,through the pre-research to modify the questionnaire to form a formal questionnaire;Chapter 5 for empirical analysis,using SPSS19.0 software to analyze the data collected by the formal questionnaire to verify the previous The model and assumptions and analyze and discuss the empirical results;Conclusions and recommendations,summarizing the research results from the relationship between project plan flexibility,project environmental uncertainty and project performance,analyzing empirical results and proposing countermeasures for project performance improvement from the project plan formulation,and pointing out the existence of this research Inadequacies and future research directions.
