And ERP is just in 20 century MRP of 60 decade and of 70 decade MRP II foundation on, have fused these advanced management theory as well as newest IT and is born.Our country leads into ERP until now from 20 century beginning from 80 decade, have had the history of more than 20 years, but it still do not be very high to implement the successful rate of ERP. How to rise enterprise enforcement the successful rate of ERP, develop the huge potential of ERP, make ERP become the sharp weapon of enterprise competition really.That is the starting point of the research of this paper, is also the purpose of this paper.This paper has first looked back the entire course that ERP produces and develop, makes the characteristic of ERP through theoretical and practice experience summary.
