With the in-depth development of our socialist market economy, enterprises, as the main body of market, their capabilities of organizational, management, and technological innovation directly determine whether the enterprise has a strong core competitiveness and higher economic efficiency. The above mentioned are all closely related to training. The training is conductive to enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises, improving employee performance and enterprise cohesion, thus contributing to the overall improvement of the quality of enterprise development. But in reality, enterprise training is also unsatisfactory, such as management's paying less attention on training, some trainings turning out to be a mere formality, using the old-fashioned methods, etc.. To effectively address such issues, compared with my experience in enterprise training, it is proved that the training effectiveness evaluation is the key link. Therefore, to establish a scientific assessment of training effectiveness is the foothold of training evaluation. According to this, the author, taking "The study on training effectiveness evaluation index of M training programs in A enterprise" as a topic, tries to have an empirical research and explanation in the view of the combination of theory and practice.Through a series of analytic demonstrations, training effectiveness evaluation is illustrated to be an indispensable part in training system, which plays a role in terms of monitoring the training process, measuring its results and finding its problems. By assessing, it can be learned that whether the training project can achieve the desired objectives and requirements; what the status of trainees in training is like and to what extend the trainees have a behavior change. Also it is easy for us to find the inadequacy to provide experience for the next training. Moreover, it can help us to assess the training benefits, to provide objective information for managers, and to receive attention and support of managements and so on.Through the study of the basic concepts like training, training effectiveness evaluation, assessing index design and that of general principles, methods and several typical patterns related to training assessing, it aims to build a set of effectiveness evaluation index system for the local enterprise based on the theoretical support.Through having a case study, taking HeNan Northern HongYang Industrial Co., Ltd. (A enterprise) as an example, this paper reorganizes the training levels, the training contents, the training methods in such a corporation in detail, comprehensively analyzes the current problems and possible consequences, and verifies the rationality and feasibility of the effectiveness evaluation index system, thus summing up the problems and difficulties probably met in real assessment.In short, on the basis of theoretical study at home and abroad, the paper, combining with widespread problems in enterprise training assessment, establishes a new evaluation model by carrying out an assessment referred to a certain training program in A enterprise. It also constructs an evaluation index system for the model, as well as sums up a set of practical design methods for enterprises so as to provide a reference for those engaging in enterprise training assessment.
