Along with society, enterprise and information technology development, enterprise more and more relies on the information system to carry on the management, furthermore the internet appearance gave fresh impetus to industry. While implementing information systems to supported management, communication, analysis and sales within the enterprise, also bring out the questions how to effectively manage of IT which included software, hardware and maintenance.Central Computer and Telecommunication Agency (CCTA) defined ITIL in the mid 1980s for business to efficiently manage their IT environment, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a framework of best practices to manage IT operations and services, and it defines the processes for guidance, focus on customer needs, through the integration of IT and business to enhances the service level and operation ability.This report relates on a company traditional IT management implemented transform of ITIL, which takes Texas Instruments China IT management arise management question. To solving problem of a lot IT staff management many work zone and security level require high; Depress IT staff work efficiency and promote IT cost. From above situation, Reform IT work way from traditional and passive work way to voluntary work way, The target from how to promote IT department work efficiency and provide best IT service for others department. Elaborated on ITIL with two main modules, twelve sub-modules of Service Management, from original configuration management to service level management, includes understanding of implementation processes, maintenance, and its future development in detail.
