Based On "profit Pool" Theory Qr Company Strategic Management Research

Every company all seeks exorbitant profits,but a few company understanders how and why gain profit pool.Our goal will reveal the mysteries of the profit by introduce a group of new viewpoint. How to follow close on the step of its profession development,and how to enhance its own competitiveability, then becoming outstanding in its profession, which are not only a tactical question but also a strategic question for a large and medium-sized enterprise. Therefore,how to solve its scientific and effective strategy question direct or finally concernes its survival and development .This dissertation takes the QR iron and steel company as an example, basing its exterior competition environment and internal resources ability analysis, According to strategy analysis mothod in the profit pool,choses the company strategy, simultaneously confirms the its accuracy, along with the strategic implementation it also proposes suggestiones and inquire into QR company strategy and organization disposition when we are implementing our strategy ,The dissertation attemptes to say that the correct using of correlation theories and methods is extremely important and essential for a large and medium-sized enterprise to choose its suitable strategy. In the global development of economy and socity nowdays, any enterprise is able to succee in the choice the suitable strategy which matches with own ability and environment, achieves the scientific and the sustainable development.This dissertation uses in the strategic management research techniques such as PEST, Porter Prifit-pool model ,SWOT, and examize the matter from profit pool new viewpoint,fully collects the understanding profession information and unifies the country industrial policy, analyses the strategy basing on the enterprise, and gives an enterprise's strategic choice and suitably expandes the function strategy, finally formes the strategic system.
