With the advent of the era of humanism, the incentive function is becoming more and moreimportant, it has become our country enterprises’ source of vitality and competitiveness, notonly because it increases the degree of consistency of employee goals and business goals, butalso can mobilize staff’s work enthusiasm and creativity, which will let the enterprise makefull use of the potential human resources. However, china enterprises still exist manyproblems, such as: single incentives, insufficient incentive intensity, excitation cycle short, etc.To solve above problems, this article the profit pool theory is introduced into the design ofincentive mechanism of enterprises, which focus on the implementation of enterprise profitgoals and staff future career development, it has very important theoretical and practicalsignificance for the continuous, healthy and harmonious development of our countryenterprise.The whole thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is theoretical essays, combed thedomestic and foreign scholars on the core of the enterprise incentive mechanism researchpoint of view; The second part introduces the related concepts of paper, expounds the relatedbasic theory of the paper, including enterprise incentive theory, the profit pool theory, humanresources, ABC theory, etc., and on the basis of the enterprise incentive mechanism based onthe theory of the profit pool we analysis design elements, focus on incentive goal, incentivesubject and object, and incentives ways etc., and the coupling relationship between eachfactor is analyzed at the same time; The third part, the specific enterprise incentivemechanism based on the theory of the profit pool is designed, design ideas and principleswere introduced in detail by means of building enterprise profit pool theory put forwardvertical value chain and horizontal value chain and internal value chain of the design ideasand methods, we analysis the enterprise human resources mapping method and steps of theprofit pool, and profit in the human resources pool puzzles are fully analyzed on the basis ofcombining the theory of profit sharing and incentive theory to design the enterprise incentivemechanism based on the theory of the profit pool; The fourth part in H company, for example,on the basis of the investigation about the present situation of the incentive enterpriseincentive mechanism based on the theory of profit pool is applied in H enterprise, and theapplication results were analyzed to assess the running effect of incentive mechanism and give improvement; The fifth part we build guarantee mechanism of enterprise incentivemechanism based on the theory of the profit pool operation on the basis of the application ofthe incentive mechanism about macro and micro aspects in H enterprise.This paper introduces the theory of profit pool to the design of enterprise incentivemechanism, the profit of enterprise human resources pool formation mechanism was studied,and based on this we design enterprise incentive mechanism. In the case study, focusing onenterprise incentive mechanism based on the theory of the profit pool of H enterpriseincentive process and effect of application and promotion. The direct purpose of this thesisresearch is to promote and improve our country enterprise incentive level and incentive effect,the ultimate goal is to promote our country enterprise sustainable, healthy and harmoniousdevelopment.
