The decay pool is a necessary product for the nuclear medicine department of a hospital.At present,the shape is mostly in the form of box or tank,and equipped with electronic control screen.In the decay pool,different radioactive drugs in the waste liquid are monitored automatically after their respective decay cycles.After passing the test,they are successively put into the next process and finally discharged into the nature.Decay pool equipment,market prospect is very big.Starting from the marketing situation of the decay pool equipment of company A in China in 2018,this paper studies and analyzes the market prospect of the decay pool equipment from the macro level and product level.Through PESTEL analysis,SWOT analysis,STP analysis,4Cs marketing theory,brand marketing and other major theories,the marketing environment,industry status,market competitiveness and market segmentation of A company are deeply studied.Combining theory with practice,the current marketing strategy of decay pool equipment is summarized,and the core competitiveness of the company is sorted out.At last,this paper explains the current shortcomings of A company’s marketing strategy,and puts forward A new idea of building A company’s decay pool equipment marketing strategy scheme and A guarantee system for the successful implementation of the marketing strategy scheme. |
