Along with the reform in Chinese correspondence profession and the aggravating integration process of the world economics, the competition among various domestic operators changed, from the product competition to the homogenization product competition under the entire services. According to the existing operation model, the brand and the product cannot bring the competitive advantage to the enterprise anymore. Enterprise's personnel quality becomes the important source of the competitive advantage. How to carry on the human resources development effectively, to improve staffs quality and to improve work achievements of the staff, have become key points to gain the competitive advantage for various correspondence profession operators.In this paper, the training process of China Mobile in Sichuan Province and subsidiary companies will be a study object, in order to improve the effectiveness of training, in support of enterprise development strategies, as a province of the company training center in the city to manage and serve subsidiaries better. To optimize the problems exist in the implementation process of original training, to collect the information with questionnaire surveys, individual and group interviews. There will be diagnosis of the training needs, the training analysis, the training plan, and the training implementation. To set up the corresponding optimization strategy, to set up a training system that support the provincial strategy and reflect the personality of the city development and support the development of personalized employee, to set up the scientific and rational training system in order to focus on competence as a manifestation of based training system, to formulate a unified branch training management system that focus on the implementation of training and training evaluation, to set up a monitor system of the province company, to clear the duties of the province company and city branches in all aspects of training management of the branch office, and to improve the monitoring and management system of branches of the company.In this paper, problems of company training system of China Mobile in Sichuan will be diagnosed, it also optimizes the training strategy and has a certain value for communication corporate. However, because of corporate human resources management training can be analyzed from many angles, this article is mainly based on the flow of training and training system and in terms of a preliminary analysis has certain limitations. But also hope views and suggestions in this article would help China Mobile in Sichuan to improve the effectiveness of the enterprise training and improve its competitiveness.
