Enterprise staff training management system is the key factor on developing talents, enhancing organization performance and strengthening the core competence. This paper uses the domestic and foreign advanced theories as guide, through systematic thought, analyses the limitation and problem of DDL training management system with its current developing situation, present the optimization strategies of the staff training management system.First of all, this paper introduces the genesis and construction of related training management theories, models and tools at home and abroad, which includes the constitution of the training management system, and each sub-systems and elements. Secondly, with the introduction of current situations and problems of DDL company training management system, this paper perform analysis from the macro level and micro level, make a conclusion that the optimization strategies must focuses on internal trainer team, training needs assessment, training effect evaluation and curriculum system. And then, around the four modules, this paper present solutions on trainer team building and trainers training, put forward the process models, data collect and analyses tools on needs assessment, design the training evaluation models that combing four levels model and complete evaluation model, and also raise the method that build indicator system and evaluating ways, as for the courses system, this paper state the classification of the curriculum and make policies on developing and documenting the course package.Finally, this paper expounds the further solution for estimating the optimization strategies, present risk assessment, and also propose safeguards which focuses on implementation process, establishing the learning organization of corporation culture and well motivating and reserve key talents that insure the success of the optimization strategies.
