Company training is an effective way to improve the comprehensive quality of employees,which helps to improve the company’s management level,operation efficiency and the core competitiveness of the company.Employees have good strain ability and rapid knowledge update ability,will make the enterprise better cater to the market changes,adapt to the development of the times.Enterprises carry out effective training for employees according to the needs of their own development,which can promote their professional ability and comprehensive quality improvement.How to combine various training methods and training modes more efficiently,more effectively overcome the constraints of some objective factors,improve the training efficiency,so as to optimize the company’s training system and make full use of training resources,is a practical topic worthy of research and discussion.This thesis conducted a survey of Company J through literature research,interview and questionnaire survey.Through analysis,it is concluded that there are major problems in the employee training of Company J,such as the trainees do not fully understand and master some training contents,poor training effectiveness,the company training content and objects are not fully covered,and the training activities are not carried out in a regular manner.These problems are mainly caused by the lack of accurate analysis of training needs,the relatively single training forms,the lack of effective effectiveness of training effect evaluation,the weak comprehensive ability of trainers,and the unclear training responsibilities.Based on the relevant theories of enterprise human resource management training,this thesis put forward the principles and ideas of employee training system optimization based on the actual situation of Company J,and put forward optimization suggestions in three aspects: improving the relevant systems of training and training management,standardizing the training implementation process,and strengthening the construction of the trainer team.
