As the most active factor in productivity,human resources are the carrier of technology, information and knowledge, and other resources,as well as, the sources of social wealth. The full development of human resources initiative is organization sustainable competitive advantage and an important means to keep the strategic goal. In recent years, from the reality of the profound changes in th e domestic, we proposed technology and rejuvenation strategy, talent strategy, building an innovative country and a series of important strategic initiatives. In order to respond to changes in domestic and international economic, technical situation, sustainable competitive advantage in the fierce competition in the market, M Group, as a large state-owned company, shoulder to provide strong talent and intellectual support for the mission of building a new system. In order to meet the strategic needs of the company's development and construction, giving full play to the basic training, pilot, forward-looking, strategic role, optimizing existing training system, establishing and improving the scientific and standardized, development meets the strategic needs o f the training system, has an important strategic value for M Group.In this paper, based on a large number of domestic and international literature of training relevant theories, the M Group's training system optimized. Firstly, it introduced previous training system of M Group, using factor analysis and in-depth interviews method, analysis of the M Group training system problems highlighted four aspects of the training institutions, training process, training courses and training of teachers.On this basis of the M Group existing problems, it conducted a system designed to optimize training institutions, training process, training courses and training of teachers. Among them, the optimization of training institutions design included setting up training centers and identifying department functions. Optimization of process design included Standard analysis of training needs, rational design of training programs, fulfilling implementation of training project and strengthening feedback of training evaluation. Optimization of courses design included increasing basic courses, building quality courses and establishing a demand-driven dynamic updating mechanism. Optimization of teachers design included Strengthening internal trainer team building and external trainer team management.Finally, it Proposed safeguard measures of training system optimization from three aspects of System, financial and information resources to ensure the smooth implementation of the training system optimization.The training system optimization design proposed in this article provides a reference to the work of M Group training and Training System of Large state-owned enterprises.
