Optimization Of Training System For Jilin Petrochemical Company Based On Process Theory

With the adjustment of industrial structure, the acceleration of technology introduction, the changing of development mode,as well as the faster updating of Knowledge and technology,staff training is increasingly becoming an important part of State-owned enterprises development like Jilin Petrochemical Company.Currently, Jilin Petrochemical Company had various training became Systematization,which led to the effectiveness of training quality on staff, such as the enhancing ability to further and the highlighting achievements of skills competitions.However, training management and training organization can not meet the needs of enterprise development, obvious defects come as follow:In the process of training needs,content selection flawed so that requirements planning quality is not high and training program is lack of specific content. In the process of training Project implementation,statistical data volume is not timely statistics.That means low efficiency of management training. In the process of project evaluation,organizers of the overall training effect is not a scientific, quantifiable timely control,that makes it impossible to optimize the training systemAnalyzed by industrial engineering in business process management and other related theories of Jilin Petrochemical Company existing staff training management system processes,then finding problems of Jilin Chemical Company process system. Looking Through TOC theory training system constraints four sub-processes, eliminating bottlenecks one by one,and proposing optimization program.Finally,to ensure the company’s trainingprocess optimization programs running,author proposed security policy from three aspects including system guarantee, organizational guarantee and cultural guarantee.
