Human resource is the strategy resource of modern enterprise, is also the most key factor in the enterprise development, while stimulation is the important content of human resource, is an eternal topic in enterprise, with the approaching of the world economy integration and the knowledge economy, employee's quality and vigor already become the basic driving force that enterprise develops, as the core of human resource stimulation has already been the key factor deciding enterprise success or failure. The most basic purpose of carrying out stimulation in enterprise is to guide employee job motivation correctly, objectives, make realize their need while attaining organization's increase their degree of satisfaction, thus make their enthusiasm and creativeness continue to keep and promote.This thesis regards motivation strategy of DTY Company as the research object. The purpose of this article is to determine a new motivation system which will make the company attract and keep the talents of the company and impel them to turn their knowledge, skills and creativity to work for the company, which will help the company gain a key competitive advantage and keep a balance of maximization of enterprises and staff's interests. The writer of this thesis tries to explore the problems of the motivation system of the company through collection of information and questionnaire investigation, etc. in this company. The 150 papers about the content of members contain all the parts of company. And finally thinking from several angles, the author uses the relevant theories of motivation to redesign a more effective motivation system for the company.
