With the development of economy globalization, Chinese companies will compete with more and more foreign companies in the same flat stage. Competition among companies is human resources' competition in the final analysis. Human resources is the most important resources in the organization. The inner efficiency of the organization lies on the struggling level of the staff. So it is the prosperous key that we need to set up a high efficiency, more stable and better energetic team. That is the objective of employees' motivation, and motivation has become the most important, radical and difficult function. The function of motivation is attracting persons with ability, motivating their enthusiasm and creation, improving their efficiency in order to achieve the goals of organization. Whether company could survive and develop in the complicated environments, it is very important to set up a set of effective motivation strategy.In the light of administrative thought of behavior and system, this article analyzes the motivation system by combining the basic motivation theories with the practice of A Co.,Ltd, finding out the existing problems, such as lack of performance assessment system, prevailing of equalitarianism, deficiency of nonmaterial motivation and absence of competing motivation, etc. At the same time, a questionnaire on employee's satisfaction with job is designed and the data are analyzed by using Analytic Hierarchy Process. At the end it brings forward some pertinent and operable motivation tactics, such as rationalization of functions, authority and responsibility, perfecting performance assessment, establishing buffet dinner-style motivation system and so on.Hope to guide practice to deal with the related problems on employee motivation, and offer reference for other similar organizations.
