Informatization is only way for the development of modern logistics and logistics informatization is also the inevitable demand for E-business. In some ways, modern logistics is the informatization of traditional logistics that with the adoption of IT (information technology) , traditional logistics business is optimized and integrated and costs are reduced and service is improved. With the rapid growth of national economy and the continuous progress and quick popularization of IT, the Chinese logistics industry and logistics information have entered the new stage of rapid development. As a mainstay of logistics informatization development, high-tech logistics enterprise has gradually broken through the embryonic stage and entered into the steady development period. For high-tech logistics enterprises, knowledge staff, who engage in complex mental work, is the core part of the human source and most important driving force for creating value for the enterprise. Business processes are internalized by them and the functions of the knowledge staff themselves and their knowledge are further raised. How to arouse the enthusiasm of the knowledge staff, the carrier of knowledge, and further explore their subjective capabilities and dig their potential fully and raise efficiency of utilization of talent resources for making more contributions for the progress of the enterprise is the pressing problem facing Chinese high-tech logistics enterprise. Motivation, as a benefit actuation mechanism is the main task to be fulfilled in enterprise system design. Only hold the core staff and fully arouse their enthusiasm for full playing their creativity can the enterprise seize the talent highland and keep the sustainable development and competitive. The problems existed in HR management of the enterprise in this paper are universal and representative at present in rising Chinese high-tech logistics enterprises, and the research and study of the paper will provide an important reference to talent-retaining and motivation for logistics and IT industries.
