Human Capital has become a normal science phrase and daily vocabulary after half a century's spread and development. The theory of Human Capital has been used in related research areas. As the information economy is coming, Human Capital is becoming increasingly important. Human Capital agglomeration plays an important part in the realization and improvement of Human Capital value. At present, the study about Human Capital agglomeration effects is a new and difficult field. And related domestic researches in this area are less. On the basis of analysis about Human Capital agglomeration effects, this paper studies the roles of Human Capital agglomeration effects on the improvement of urban core competitiveness. The main contents as follows:Firstly, based on analysis of the traits and influencing factors about Human Capital agglomeration, this paper brings forward the concept of Human Capital agglomeration effects. This paper puts forward the factors that impact Human Capital agglomeration effects after we discuss the different effects of Human Capital agglomeration. And using analytical hierarchy process (AHP), this paper quantitatively analyzes the importance of different Human Capital agglomeration effects. At last we make clear that which of effects of Human Capital agglomeration play more important roles.Secondly, this paper gives the qualitative analysis about the relationship between Human Capital agglomeration and urban core competitiveness and analyzes the positive impacts agglomeration effects of Human Capital have on urban core competitiveness.Thirdly, this paper aims to empirically analyze the relationship between Human Capital agglomeration effects and urban core competitiveness by using regression and correlation analysis methods and summarizes the differeent impacts made on urban core competitiveness by agglomeration effects of different types of Human Capital.Finally, based on above analysis, this paper discusses how to realize and improve Human Capital agglomeration effects from the urban core competitiveness perspective, with providing some feasible institutional arrangement and policy suggestion. |
