Shandong Peninsula City Of Economic Growth And Human Capital Research

Against the background of integration of world economy in 21st century,urban agglomeration is participating in the global economic competition as basal terrain unit, the urban agglomerations of Yangtze River Delta,Zhujiang River Delta and the city of Beijing,Tianjin and Tangshan representative in China,Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration exceeded Yangtze River Delta and Zhujiang River Delta to be the third big urban agglomeration in china and it is the most lively,well-developed area inside Shandong province,provides great contribution to Shandong economy development. There are a lot of factors contributed to accelerate Shandong economy developing, abundantly physical capital invested to accelerate economy developing,by the meantime, we cannot ignore the factor that human capital is playing an important role in economy development.This paper is going to search and analyze how important is human capital and its position in economy development.This paper exhibits the methodology of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, based on the theory of human capital and economy development,exerts related methodology of economics search,compared and analyzed the economic data of Shandong Peninsula's development from 1990 to 2007,and then compared and analyzed the human capital quantity of each city inside Shandong Peninsula.According to related theory,sort out related data,do relativity analysis on the indexes of economy development and human capital and then construct regression model to do empirical analysis,get the test result subsequently.At last,I made consensus that human capital is playing an important role to accelerate Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration economy development;some suggestions on improving human capital better were addressed as well based on the conclusions I made in this paper.
