Nanjing Chenguang Group Risk Analysis And Countermeasures Research

With our eyes turn to the space gradually, the development of space technology has become more and more remarkable. Aerospace enterprises are important carrier of aerospace technology. They are not similarly as common industrial ones and they have technological and economic particularities. The aerospace technology is complicated, systemic and long-termed. It needs plenty of workforce, material resources and capital to develop aerospace products. That will result in great risks and loss probabilities in the process of enterprises' operation. How to analyze and treat with these operation risks effectively is very important.In this paper, we take the operation risks of Nanjing Chenguang Group Co. as the study objective. On the basis of the introduction of the basic theories and study methods of risk management, we build an evaluation system of operation risk. Then we evaluate the operation risks of Chenguang Group using the methods of compositive evaluation based on AHP. It shows that the operation risk status in Chenguang Group is still in a light stage. Then we analyze the operation risks and propose several measures in order to manage the risks effectively.
