With the unpredictable market demand and the rapid development of enterprises,in order to make the production process more flexible and stable,and to make the information in the operation process more efficient and rapid transmission,enterprises begin to implement lean production mode and make progress to intelligent manufacturing.In this complex process,the operation of enterprises is facing pressure from many aspects.At the same time,many risk factors are accompanied by challenges.Risk factors in the operation process will affect the healthy development of enterprises,and the ability of risk management will also affect the efficient operation of enterprises.According to the process of risk management in GB/T 24353 "Risk Management Principles and Implementation Guidelines",this paper takes the operation process of a Metro Branch Company under Lean Intelligent Manufacturing as the research object,carries out risk identification,risk evaluation and risk response for potential risk factors in operation,Final completion of operation risk management of urban rail branch.Specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the connotation of operational risk is understood,and the operational risk management system under Lean Intelligent Manufacturing mode is recognized.At the same time,through reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature on operational risk management,in order to identify the operational risk factors of the urban rail branch preliminarily.This paper can objectively understand the potential risk factors of a Metro branch under the lean intelligent manufacturing mode by managing the operational risk of a Metro branch company,and provide the theoretical basis for the future operation risk management of the Metro branch company,as well as the practical reference value for the relevant research of manufacturing enterprises.Secondly,based on the theoretical knowledge,the paper conducts a field survey on the urban rail branch company,and further identifies the traditional risk factors and the new risk factors in the new manufacturing mode of the urban rail branch company by Delphi method,so as to establish the evaluation index system of the operational risk of the urban rail branch company under the lean intelligent manufacturing mode.Then,according to the listed evaluation index system,the network analysis method is applied to assign the weight of risk factors,and the risk factor model and weight calculation are constructed by SuperDecision software.Then the risk level is determined by using the risk matrix method.Finally,through the calculation formula of the total operational risk,the quantitative value of the operational risk of the Metro branch is calculated.By comparing the quantitative value with the risk level,the risk level of the general operation of the Metro branch is obtained,and the corresponding risk response measures are given.This paper can objectively understand the potential risk factors of a Metro branch under the lean intelligent manufacturing mode by managing the operational risk of a Metro branch company,and provide the theoretical basis for the future operation risk management of the Metro branch company,as well as the practical reference value for the relevant research of manufacturing enterprises.
