Taking Shenzhen Huayuchang Enterprise Ltd as the research object, this paper concentrates on the establishment and implementation of performance appraisal system in the field of human resources management. I deeply felt and become aware through my study and practice that the fiercer and fiercer market competition is in general the competition of human resources. Therefore, working out and implementing the human resources strategies is one of the most important work to be urgently done by the company, among which the performance appraisal system in human resources management is one of the core functions. During the process of research on the performance assessment in the field of human resources in Shenzhen Huayuch Enterprise Ltd, various methods of research such as on-line inquiries, individual interviews ,questionnaires, comparisons and argumentations, etc. were adopted to obtain sufficient and detailed Date and information, that played a very important role in disserting this paper.In this paper, there are four chapters. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical evidence to study the performance appraisal. The second chapter shows a profile about Shenzhen Huayuchang enterprise Ltd and its development strategies, general statement of human resources and existing problems of performance management in human resources management. While the fourth chapter dissertates the solutions to the existing problems in implementing the performance assessment in Shenzhen Huayuchang Enterprise Ltd, it also proposes some measures to construct a management team with innovated technology, to train the staff with team spirit and technical skills, to create a corporate culture with its own characteristics, to improve the performance appraisal system, to improve the incentive and restraint schemes and so on.
