It is not only a quality control method, but also a strong tool of change management; a strategy of enterprise innovation; a method and a tool that can solve problems systematically. Even more, it is a profitable knowledge and the important component of the corporate culture.By expounding the occurrence and development of 6-Sigma and illustrating its content and implementation; and taking an improvement project of a 6-Sigma customer service from A Corporation as an example, I explored the successful practice of the 6-Sigma method on examining, testing and certifying the service industry.
