The product quality plays a vital role in the development of an enterprise. The quality of an assembled product is more influenced by the quality of all kinds of components provided by the supplier. Improving the quality of the raw materials provided by the supplier and then improving the quality of an assembled product is the key for T Company to continue occupying the information security products market. Therefore, it is imperative to apply management method and improvement method of Six Sigma to improve the product quality of supplier.This thesis mainly focuses on how to apply DMAIC method of Six Sigma to analyze the root cause of the problem emerged in the delivery process of C product, and use Six Sigma management method to improve the manufacturing process of the supplier, so as to fundamentally further improve the quality of C product, reduce the quality cost and increase customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, this thesis elaborates the application of Six Sigma DMAIC improvement process method, which makes the preparation for the application of this process method to solve problems. By introducing how to apply Six Sigma DMAIC process to analyze and resolve in this article when the focus C product delivery experience quality problems, further elaborated: defining the problem, find the key influence quality issues; measurement problems, ability to detect the production process and other state; analyze problems, find the root cause of the problem; improving problems, develop solutions and implement improvements to improve the problem; control issues, the establishment of a standard measurement method to maintain performance to correct the problem promptly. While the application of these five process improvement to solve the problem with a lot of statistical knowledge to carry out scientific and effective analysis of the raw data, and ultimately achieve the purpose of solving the key quality issues and further improve the C product quality and to cultivate a loyal and qualified supplier of goals.The research result of this thesis has the reference value to the same kind of electronic assembled product manufacturing enterprises by learning from the high quality supply chain which is created by improving and doing source control to improve the product quality.
