Enterprise quality management process play an important role in the survival anddevelopment of enterprises, the control for quality management process definitelydetermines the future business and enterprise development strategy. The enterpriseproduct quality is closely related to the degree of customer satisfaction, good quality ofthe products will bring higher returns and lower product cost. The research direction ofthis paper is how to control the enterprise quality management process, the DMAICprocess in the application of Six Sigma to cold-rolled steel in the production process, soit has kind of certain innovation.First this paper introduced the development process of the enterprise qualitymanagement method. By comparison with the total quality management, enterprisemanagement method is the current problems and defects, which leads to a unique SixSigma management method. Six Sigma management methods after decades ofdevelopment, now has become a mature enterprise management strategy. The paperdescribes the application of Six Sigma method at home and abroad, and discusses theapplication of this method in various fields, analyzes some problems and deficiencies inthe current six sigma management method in the actual application process.Secondly, detailed introduces the Six Sigma management method, content andimplement process. This paper first analyzes the Six Sigma DMAIC process, namely theoutput variables defined key project process, measurement system error and stabilityanalysis, data correlation and regression, the improved effect of all factors of the project,the improvement of process control documentation. To improve the enterprise qualitymanagement problems through the five main processes, design of full factorimprovement scheme and the corresponding mathematical model, inspection forproduct quality to provide a complete set of test plan.Finally, the combination of theory and practice, the forming process of Handan Ironand Steel Group steel improved DC01as an example, in accordance with the coreprinciples of Six Sigma project, aiming to establish the corresponding mathematicalmodel data, and then the Handan Iron and Steel Group steel from enterprisemanagement to the product design and the specific details of the design andoptimization of the use of Six Sigma management method, put forward theimprovement measures the corresponding solving practical problems. In order to verifythe feasibility of Six Sigma in the Handan Iron and Steel Group cold rolling department,or the promotion of other departments should provide an effective application.
