China is not only the biggest textile producer country, but also the biggest export country. The Chinese textile export value accounts for 13% of world trade, and 23% of nation trade. With the comparison superiority of labor force and resources, and maturity processing foundation, textile enterprises of China have advantages in global competition.With the global economy integration and the domestic competition internationalization, the market competition becomes more and more intense and enhances competition level, and textile enterprise's development is more and more stern. This article is on the basis of researching of the internationalization strategy of YueDa Textile Group (YDTEX). By means of international management strategy theory, Poker's competition model, core competition theory, value chain theory as well as the international strategic alliance theory, it analyzes the inter and inner environments, and discusses the internationalization management goal based on its advantages, weaknesses and textile industry characters. Then it puts forward the main textile development section and key success elements to realize the strategic target, at the same time also provides a practical and feasible development pattern for other textile enterprise.In the first part it briefly introduces the elementary theory of internationalization management strategy, which is foundation of the full article, including the connotation of internationalization management strategy, the review of internationalization management strategy theory as well as its practice significance. And it proposes that internationalization management strategy was the inevitably choice to seek future continuous development for YDTEX Group.The second part briefly analyzes the background of YDTEX Group, including the present situation, the current management strategy as well as the management strategy deficiency, thus it pointes out the necessity and importance for YDTEX to carry out the internationalization management strategy.The third part briefly analyzes the strategic conditions of YDTEX. It analyzes the domestic and international macroscopic environments mainly by PEST analytic method, and the competitive conditions of textile industry by Porter's Five Forces Model, and the interior resources ability of YDTEX. Then, it obtains the development opportunities and threat, and provides the realistic foundation for YDTEX Group internationalization management.The fourth part proposes the overall principle of YDTEX Group internationalization management strategy, including guiding ideology, the general goals as well as the near future, the intermediate stage and the forward stage goal and so on, and provided the direction and the goal for the internationalization management strategy implementation.The fifth part describes the concrete content of YDTEX Group internationalization management strategy. It mainly proposes the content internationalization expansion strategy which taking the internationalization strategy as the core, and including the internationalization entering market strategy and building the international brand, the product and cost differentiation and the standard internationalization strategy and so on.In the sixth part it introduced strategy management measure of YDTEX Group to implement internationalization strategy. The main content are international market guidance, product R&D, human resources management, management innovation as well as resources configuration, to implement the internationalization management strategy, enhance the group's market competition ability, and promote the YDTEX group's further development.
