Strategic Alliances, Dynamic Capabilities And Enterprise Internationalization Research

Studies on Strategic Alliances, Dynamic Capabilities and Enterprise' Internationalization have become prominent in academic at home and abroad. There have an intangible relationship in the three theory fileds : companies enter strategic alliance can help them extend their boundary, and also help mem expand the process of internationalization; The dynamic capabilities in the enterprise plays a crucial role in the enviroment of international competition, sustaining the competion advantage and deciding the success of strategic alliance.The paper attempts to answer the following questions and accordingly draws some conclusions:1. How is the relationship between Strategic Alliances and the degree of Enterprise' Internationalization ? Combined with current literature review and basic theories, such as the theory of transaction cost in economic field , the theory of organizational learning , and resource based theory to find their relationship. Empirical tests based on the stock market companies in three industries : electron, automobile, manufacturing, and the empirical results accord with the suppose: The companies that enter into strategic alliance can advance their degree of Internationalization.2. How is the relationship between dynamic capability and the degree of Enterprise' Internationalization ? The paper based on the comprehensive analysis of many researches on the Dynamic Capability both abroad and domestic, divide the DC into three aspects: the ability of organizational learning , TMT management energy and new product development ,and analyse the three how to influence enterprise' internationalization. Empirical tests pass the second suppose : The company which have strong dynamic capability can also upgrade its degree of internationalization.3. How to integrate the company's dynamic capability and strategic alliance In the international business ? From the view of 3'P Theoretic framework ,It show that the dynamic capability is one of the motive of strategic alliance. Corporate with strong dynamic capability candecrease the risk of alliance success. Enterprise have to build dynamic alliance in the global competition environment .choose the proper partner, enforce flexible organizational management, build learning organization, perfect new product development and so on , accordingly, it can help them sustain the competitive advantage .This paper aims at delivering theoretical analysis and empirical test toward the interactive influence mechanism that dynamic capability, strategic alliance and enterprise internationalization. The study play a significant role academically and practically in how to upgrade company's competitive competence , keep their competitive advantage increase the probability of alliance success and expand international market.
