The Working Group On The Application Of Lean Manufacturing

These years, the automobile industry in our country has enjoyed rapid development with a continuous increase in quantity and variety, and lean manufacturing is becoming more and more important in Chinese automobile industry. The ultimate goal of lean manufacturing is the elimination of waste.This paper introduces the source, background and significance of the topic. JMC requires the full implementation of JPS. As a major component manufacturing factory and interior supplier of JMC, the stamping plant must supply the needed parts with high quality and low cost according to request of the assembly plant. To achieve high efficiency and effectiveness, the company needs the unity and coordination of the manufacturing units, the human resource support system and the work groups; they must work hard for the common goal. The work group is the base of the whole plant, the establishment of work groups and the improvement of their functions can greatly upgrade the employees'satisfaction and the operation results of the plant.This paper also discusses the steps of work group operation methods. By introducing how to establish the organization framework and how to offer organizational support and promote communication of work groups, the paper tries to use the tools and measures of JPS to analyze and discover the manufacturing problems, put forward improvement scheme, promote the implementation platform, upgrade employee satisfaction, achieve ideal operation results, and provide the base for continuous improvement.
