| With the continuous development of China's economy,small and medium-sized enterprises,as an important force in the national economy,have always played an important role in China's social and economic development.The problems of low efficiency,extensive management mode and high cost often puzzle the small and medium-sized business owners in China and affect the healthy and sustainable development of the large number of small and medium-sized enterprises.While affirming that small and medium-sized enterprises make great contributions to our economy,we should also see the mixed development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.Most of them lack professional managers,especially in some family businesses.The management mode is backward,lacking the value chain analysis of goods from the aspects of procurement,transportation,inventory,sales,etc.,as well as forward-looking thinking and long-term strategic vision.Lean thinking comes from lean production and is a management concept derived from Toyota production model.The core idea is to eliminate waste and exchange as little input as possible for as much value as possible.Lean thinking is not limited to the field of manufacturing,but as a management philosophy and business model,it can play a huge role in various fields such as sales and services.The lean thinking emphasized in this article refers to such a broad concept.LB Company is a group of lamps and electrical materials wholesale and retail enterprise established earlier in NanYang city,and is the President unit of NanYang lanterns industry association.Mainly engaged in civil lighting and engineering lighting,electrical materials wholesale,retail,and provide installation services.Annual sales are over 2 million Yuan.However,in recent years,due to the impact of online transactions on physical stores and problems in corporate management,the sales revenue of LB Company has been declining year after year,with a shortage of capital chain.A long-term investment implemented by company policy makers in 2012 has failed to generate returns,exacerbating the financial burden.At present,the overall operation of the company is in trouble.This paper takes LB Company as the research object,taking the exploration and discovery of existing problems in management of LB Company as the entry point,and takes various methods of lean management as the means to solve the current difficulties of LB Company and improve the sales revenue and management level.Taking the management status of LB Company in aspects of manpower,finance and inventory as an example,this paper comprehensively uses lean management thinking to propose countermeasures and suggestions on how LB Company can eliminate waste and improve efficiency.It is expected that through the analysis of this paper,under the background of booming online trading,it will provide reference schemes and experience for offline small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in wholesale and retail business in terms of possible problems in management... |
