Practice Research On Lean Production In T Factory

The paper,which is based on the theory of lean production and with the main idea as the promotion practice of lean production in T factory,elaborates the main content and connotation of lean production theory and the research results of relevant literature firstly,points out that the implementation of lean production is an inevitable choice for the development of an enterprise,and the key basis for success judging of implementation is not the tools and methods adopted,it should be to see the cultural foundation has been constructed through lean activities or not.The paper points out that the it is imperative for T factory to promote lean production mode through the analysis on the internal and external environment of T factory,such as rising raw material price,levying consumption tax,rising labor cost,staff loss,corporate culture to be strengthened etc.The availability of implementing lean production in T factory is analyzed by using value flow chart,the improved points and plans are decided and the objectives are confirmed.The balance level of the production line is improved through the analysis and elimination of the bottleneck process during the implementation;the production and work efficiency is improved and the humanization saving is realized by some methods like the re-planning of logistics process,the re-combination of posts based on the analysis on working time,and the improvement on the automation;the continuous improving organizational culture atmosphere in T factory is established through a series of activities,such as 5S,TPM and project improvement mechanism,and the investigation and evaluation are to be carried out.The obvious effective results in production efficiency improvement,production cost reduction,organizational culture establishment have been achieved in T factory through the implementation of lean production mode.
