Construction Supervision And Project Risk Management Studies

The thesis makes a deep research for construction risk management method andapplication of the construction projects of the whole process from the trait of theconstruction project supervision process,, which is based on the project risk managementtheory and from the angle of supervision.According to the feature of the construction project supervision, first of all, thisthesis takes the project risk management procedure as the main clue, and makes asystematical approach to the connotation, method and concrete application of riskdiscern, risk estimate, risk evaluation and risk reaction. Secondly, the thesis show howto discern and estimate the risk of construction project supervision . Meanwhile, theestimative model of vague ideas and stratification analytic method is established. Basedon the model, the risk of project supervision is ordered, and the whole risk level isevaluated; Thirdly, the thesis explored the reaction strategy and measure of risk. Finally,based on the process and content of project risk management, the thesis introduce anactual risk management example.The proposal of this thesis is to improve the level of construction project riskmanagement and make project supervision systematical step and step. The thesis alsoprovided a series of practical methods for the potential risk analysis, solution anddecision of construction project supervision,and play a guiding role in supervision'sfurther risk management work.
