Since the implementation of the supervision system was used in the constructionfield,a line theoretical system of construction supervision with China’s nationalconditions has basically formed. The position that Construction Supervision as one of"The Four Basic System" has been initially established in the field of construction.And it has made tremendous contributions to Chinese construction. Simultaneously,As an emerging industry in our country, Project Management industry has graduallyentered the orbit of legalization and standardization after years of development. Itsnumber and scale all have great development.While on the whole it seems that our engineering supervision enterprises have agood development trend, but they are also facing unprecedented challenges and risksas China’s economic development and foreign projects entry consulting firm afterjoining WTO. In addition, many engineering supervision enterprises step into a stateof semi-starvation and semi-subsistence also because of its lack of internal riskmanagement. It cause serious internal risk and makes the development of enterprisesrun into a vicious cycle. This makes enormous pressure on the survival anddevelopment for the good development of enterprises. In this situation, how to dealwith the impact to our business after Chinese economic integrating with theinternational economy rapidly, how to obtain a comparative advantage in competingwith foreign consulting firms in the project, how can we improve the internalmanagement to reduce its internal risks, will be both significant and realistic problemsof each engineering supervision enterprise are facing. Therefore, in order to meet thesustained and rapid development of China’s economic and the new situation afterentering the WTO, it is necessary for us to explore some of the problems that ourengineering supervision enterprises exist deeply.In view of this, this article starts with theoretical basis for enterprise riskmanagement combining with construction supervision enterprise’s own characteristics.Then analyze the internal risk management status of Beijing JingHanglianConstruction Supervision CO.,LTD and what cause the internal risk management problems. Then build their internal risk management systems, and finally makerecommendations for its application of risk management systems. In order to providea practical approach to analyze, process and make-decision the potential risks withinthe enterprise project supervision and play a guiding role for the further internalsupervision enterprise risk management. In order to make risk management worktowards standardization constantly, improve internal risk management level, promotethe sound development of the project supervision enterprise and provide wellconstruction supervision services. Final strengthen supervision and control ofconstruction projects and provide a guarantee for the successful completion ofconstruction projects.
