The Research Of Project Management Plus Supervision Model

With the proclamation of normative document on project management from Ministry of Construction, it has become a hot topic that how to make a good construction supervision and project management .With the development in refinement of the division, as the main tool on guiding construction market order , project management has become indispensable. However, as the owner of the project, it is very difficult to have a team of well-functioning infrastructure in terms of manpower and material resources, and it will be over with appear of project management company. And compared to the current project supervision, there are some big differences on the content, scope, status and role for project management .However, there can not be split between the two links, such as project supervision and project management relationship? How to consider the direction of development of project supervision to project management? This is problem should be seriously considered for our country supervision's healthy development.In this article, on the basis of overview between project management and project supervision, and with the comparative analysis and research of the current domestic and international project management model, it points out the problems and lack of our existing model of project management, some enlightenments abroad. According to above analysis, we give the idea to put project supervision model to project management and prove the need for supervision, as well as scientific and reasonable to carry out the demonstration. Now it's already apparent that project management plus supervision become a trend of our project management development. Finally, this paper gives the optimal strategy and thinking through some of the cases.
