Since our country pursued the constructional supervision system, supervisor has played an important role in construction projects. Now, it has effectively avoided the emergence of a lot of serious liability accidents, and has improved the level of projects. However, because the present market system of our country is not perfect, the due function of project supervision still fails to bring into play totally. At present, existed problems in the construction field is still severe. So combining current situation of our country's building market with the project management practice, solving the outstanding problems that appear in the building field is very important.In this thesis, the author takes Shandong Project Supervision Company as the object of research. From the aspect of principle-agent, this text has analyzed tripartite interests subjects' moral risk in construction projects. Integrating with practice closely, the author use the theory and the method of analysis normally to study and determine the nature synthetically. This text has researched and analyzed the typical case taking place in the management practice of the project of this company.In the course of study, beginning with this company's supervision project, applying the management control theory, the author have classified, summed up and summarized outstanding problems and typical case appearing in constructionprojects. From the side of the principal-agent relation, the text analyzed morals risk in construction projects, and put forward the corresponding solution and precautionary measures with principal-agent theory.Through researching and analyzing, this text can draw the following conclusions: The reason that the frustrate behavior took place in construction projects in essence is the moral risk problems appeared in principal-agent relation. So pursuing supervisory system effectively in construction projects, perfecting fatherly the principal-agent relation, optimizing the agreement design and applying the management control theory are effective ways, which can solve the outstanding problems in the field fundamentally.
