The global economy, increasing technological sophistication, and the rapid pace ofinnovation in the business marketplace have all contribute to organizational changes.During the process of implementing the organizational changes, employees' perception ofthe changes implemented and their effect on the work stress should be investigated.The usable samples received from A company, Referring to the existing foreignquestionnaire, and this study adopted the methodology of questionnaire to investigate therelationship between organizational change recognition and work stress, In order for thestudy to be beneficial, specific conclusions and recommendation will be provided to eachperson for future reference. SPSS statistical software was used to process the date acquired.This study utilizes reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVE, correlation analysis and regression analysis to complete the associatedresearch. The results of the analyses are described as follow: (1) The Inverse-correlationexisted between the organizational changes and work stress; (2) There were significantdifferences in employees' understanding degree of the work stress in different duty class; (3) The duty class and understanding degree of the organizational change predictedemployees' work stress significantly; (4) There were significant differences in employees'understanding of the organizational change in different personal characteristics of thegender, education & marriage.Based on the results, the current study proposes the following suggestion: To create arelaxed and harmonious atmosphere in the organization; Organizations should ensure theemployees' rights and job security; Employees should be encouraged to participate intraining, thus their cross-functional competence can be developed; According to personalcharacteristics, organizations should employ differentiated management strategies.
