This research is to probe into the relationship,mutual influence and adaptation among Cognition of Organizational Change,Employees Trust,Stress Management Strategy and Work Attitudes,making TAIWAN area"National Police Administration","Coast Guard Administration","National Fire Administration","National Defense Administration"etc.There are to be merged into Ministry of the Interior and Homeland Security and Ministry of National Defense and Veteran Affairs according to the merger of the Executive Yuan the population of the research,we have hand out 500 questionnaires,of which 405 were returned.It is found through Empirical Analysis that:(1) Cognition of Organizational Change has significant negative influence on Employees' Trust.(2) Cognition of Organizational Change has significant negative influence on Work Attitudes.(3) Cognition of Organizational Change has significant negative influence on Stress Management Strategy.(4) Employees' Trust has significant positive influence on Work Attitudes.(5) Stress Management Strategy has significant positive influence on Work Attitudes.(6) Cognition of Organizational Change will significant influence Work Attitudes through the mediating of Stress Management Strategy.This paper focus on the relationship between Cognition of Organizational Change and Employees Trust,Cognition of Organizational Change and Stress Management Strategy,Cognition of Organizational Change and Work Attitudes,Employees Trust and Stress Management Strategy,Employees Trust and Work Attitudes,Stress Management Strategy and Work Attitudes.With typical correlation analysis,we hope to find the relationship between all over of the variable.
