This research mainly discussed the relationship among organizational change recognition, organizational identification,work stress in organizational change.It also analysed if organizational identification mediated the relationship between organizational change recognition and work stress.This research includes three stages:literature review, interview research and questionnaire research.First.the author proposed a basic theoretical model and hypothesis through literature review. Then.the initial model was tested by an inierview. Finally, questionnaires were disrtibuetd to249members of10organizations among Shenzhen media industry and data were collected and analyzed by the software of SPSS16.0.This research partly confirmed the hypotheses, and the main results were showed as follows:1. Organizational change recognition includes organizational change efficiency recognition, organizational change benefit safeguard recognition and organizational change support recognition.2.During the three dimensions of Organizational change recognition organizational change efficiency recognition has significant impact on work stress.3. During the three dimensions of Organizational change recognition organizational change efficiency recognition has significant impact on organizational identification.4.The organizational identification have significant impact on work stress.5.The organizational identification mediates the relationship between organizational change efficiency recognition and work stress.Finally, this research has carried on the discussion in view of above result, simultaneously has analyzed this research significance, the merit, the insufficiency and the future research direction.
