Capital control is always recognized by exercitation field as afinancial control activity. From plenty of management practice point ofview, capital centralized control is beneficial for investors to realize theflow of the capital, supervise the efficiency of using the capital, andinsure the safety of the capital. Therefore, nowadays, centralizedmanagement of funds is an important means in fund management inmany group companies. In order to maximize the efficiency ofutilization of fund, on the basis of drawing lessons of fund managementmodel in Commercial Bank of China, group companies usuallyestablish the fund management centers to achieve the centralizedfinancing, distribution, utilization, management and supervision.Through the discussion of the model and the method of thecentralized fund management in China Construction Fifth EngineeringBureau Group, this paper describes how to centralize the fundmanagement in construction group companies and demonstrates thesignificant function of fund management system in current informationsociety.This text Proceeded from basic theory general at first. It introducedthe reason of fund centralized management, and compared five kinds offunds the principle foundation of it. Then management to balance modes.the basis of this, have recommended half a close type center mode indetail. Introduced the experience and effect of China Construction FifthEngineering Bureau. Through the matter existing, put forward the content that should be improved in the future. At last, the prospectiveexpectations and risk analysis of the centralized fund management inChina Construction Fifth Engineering Bureau Group has also been comeup with in the paper.
